Pacific Studio's Policies

• There is a 2 hour minimum when booking the studios. These sessions will be prepaid.
  
  
• Booking studio time requires a 50% deposit.
  
  
• A 50% deposit is required for all duplication orders.
  
  
• Final product will not be delivered until payment is received in full.
  
  
• Cancellation of studio time within 24 hours of scheduled dates will result in forefeiture of security deposit.
  
  
• Cancellation of studio time within 48 hours of scheduled dates will result in forefeiture of the studio's 2 hour minimum. ($120 for Studio A, $100 for Studio B)
  
  
• Client files will be retained for 30 days maximum. Clients may request a backup of their master recordings for a $30 DVD backup charge.
